The Emlyn Arms Hotel dates back over 300 years, when it was a Coaching Inn. It is in the centre of Newcastle Emlyn, a busy Market Town at the border of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

Newcastle Emlyn is in the Teify valley which is very popular for Salmon and Sewin (migratory trout) fishing, and is in a very central location between the Market Towns of Carmarthen, Cardigan and Lampeter.
